Principal - GenAI

What do we expect?

• Define and drive the AI/ML and Generative AI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI, LLMs, and advanced analytics to improve products, services, and operations.
• Lead the development of AI-powered solutions including chatbots, copilots, recommendation systems, and automation tools.
• Architect and deliver scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions across business functions.
• Design and implement LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Build RAG-based systems, prompt engineering frameworks, and fine-tuning pipelines.
• Ensure production deployment using MLOps and scalable cloud platforms.
• Lead and mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers
• Build and scale high-performing AI/ML teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Work with senior leadership to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Present AI strategies, roadmaps, and impact to executive stakeholders.
  

What You Bring:

• 11+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML engineering, or advanced analytics.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing AI/ML teams.
  

Strong expertise in:

• Machine Learning & Deep Learning
• Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Prompt engineering and RAG architecture
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI deployments.
