Principal Engineer (Full Stack Architect)

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Architect with 15-20 years of experience to design and architect large-scale distributed systems, with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), cloud infrastructure (GCP/Azure), and advanced database systems like Neo4j. You will lead the development of enterprise-grade software solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies including knowledge graphs, vector databases, and machine learning. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using the MERN stack.
• Distributed Systems: Architect large-scale, distributed systems for high-volume data processing.
• Cloud Engineering: Implement cloud solutions on GCP or AWS, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Knowledge Graphs & Databases: Optimize data models with Neo4j, vector, and NoSQL databases.
• Enterprise Solutions: Architect cloud-native enterprise software with strong security and compliance.
• Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA): Lead by example, optimizing software with efficient code.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance and reliability through reviews and best practices.

• Experience: 12+ years in full-stack development, with significant experience in the MERN stack.
• Distributed Systems: Proven expertise in architecting large-scale distributed systems.
• Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Database Systems: Expertise in NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and graph databases (Neo4j).
• Knowledge Graphs: Practical experience with knowledge graphs for complex data relationships.
• Microservices Architecture: Experience in designing microservices-based architectures.
• DevOps & Automation: Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development practices (SCRUM, TDD).

• Front-End Expertise: Advanced experience with React.js and modern front-end frameworks (Next.js, Redux, TypeScript).
• Cloud Certifications: GCP or Azure Cloud Architect certifications.
• Data Engineering: Experience with ETL, big data technologies like Apache Spark and Kafka.
• AI/ML Ops: Experience in deploying machine learning models using MLOps.
• Graph Analytics: Knowledge of graph algorithms and querying complex relationships in Neo4j.
• System Design: Expertise in system design and performance optimization.
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of enterprise security protocols and compliance frameworks.
