Job Summary
Shall be well versed with CBIP, IEEE, IS IEC standards. Managing technical, design, Site supervision activities for the assigned project. Assisting Technical Site supervision team. Also capable for Site visit, construction monitoring and commissioning.
Preparation of Project schedule in MS Project / MS Excel / Primavira software. Analysis using with ETAP Software for Short circuit calculation, Load flow studies, Relay setting coordination etc. Meeting with Client / EPC for their queries, issues, drawings / documents approval etc. Preparation and submission of progress report. Preparation / review of Basic engineering documents e.g. Design basis and Data Sheets. Preparation / review of Single Line diagram (SLD) for AC system and Switchyard upto 220kV (Including equipment selection and sizing) and preparation / review of Bill of material. Preparation / review of Bill of Material, Single Line Diagram, General Arrangement, Wiring drawings, protection scheme, interconnection diagram and busbar sizing calculations of various H.T. L.T. Panels, Bus Duct etc. Preparation / review of Substation Layout drawings up to 220kV. Preparation / review of Structure (for Electrical equipment) drawings. Preparation / review of Transformer installation layout including foundation soak pit, burnt oil pit, Nitrogen Oil pit, fire wall etc. Preparation / review of H.T. L.T. Cable Sizing Calculations. Preparation / review of H.T. L.T. Cable schedule. Preparation / review of Earthing Lightning Protection Calculation Layout. Preparation / review of Illumination Calculation and Lighting (Indoor Outdoor) Layout. Preparation / review of Transformer (Power Distribution) sizing. Preparation / review of Electrical Control Room arrangement. Preparation / review of Input Output Signaling (I/O signal to PLC) Listing. Able to perform independently to incorporate specifications, general arrangement into designs, engineering and then into construction drawings. Shall be able to provide and check the drawings as well as provide sketches to designer. Should be able to guide the drafting team time to time and achieve the deliverable target for the projects. Should be ready for the site visits and stay for a week across India and abroad during site selection and/or construction of large solar power plants. Should have good experience in designing and Project management. String sizing, Cable sizing till Inverter. Preparation of specifications for Connectors, wire harness, String combiner/Monitoring boxes and Inverters. Preparation of Solar PV Plant layout, Module distribution layout, coordinated plant layout. DC Cable routing and trench layout. Preparation of PV yard and Inverter station earthing layout with reference to IS IEC standards and site requirements. Preparation of PV yard and Inverter station Lightning protection layout with reference to IS IEC standards, lightning risk assessment calculation, Selection of Lightning arrestors and Surge protection devices. Preparation of Tender document, technical bid review document for DC package. Candidates having good experience in DC will be added advantage
