Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, dedicated Delivery Manager based in Bangalore / Gurgaon to work remotely with our Global Design teams. You will be working with a talented team of creative and technical professionals, supporting across our Global regions. Suitable for a highly motivated individual who wants to be creative in developing models, visualize for various large-scale projects with several, latest and cutting-edge tools.
Education:
- Preferred bachelors degree - Architecture/ Civil Engineering Discipline/ Urban Planning/ Transportation
Qualifications:
- 12 to 15 years of professional experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Infraworks, Navis Works, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or Bentley-MicroStation.
- Proficiency of Surfaces and have worked with DTM/DSM in any of the infrastructure projects.
- Good Project Management, Time Management and Team Leadership Skills.
- Good to have knowledge of rendering tools such as Lumen RT, Lumion, Twin Motion.
- Knowledge of images, projections etc would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Following direction and quality reviews from the Global / Design team delivering work to prescribed standards
- Developing a friendly rapport with colleges in remote locations
- Look to evolve ways of working and create efficiencies with colleagues on projects
- Take responsibility to continually develop and learn new technical skills
- Complete timesheets accurately and on time
Communication & Verbal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Ability to take clear briefs and communicate progress clearly with Project Managers and designers across Canada, USA, ME, UK and APAC.
- Able to collaborate and work as a team to earn loyalty and respect.
- Able to define and articulate ideas with clarity.
Collaborative:
- Proactively engage with the design team and demonstrable experience where you have had to use initiative and collaborative working. Experience of working in a multinational consultancy
Management:
- Able to report into Management and support leadership of projects and resource
- Good Leadership qualities would be beneficial
- Support in keeping the team s productivity and be part of workload calls with management in Bangalore and Global teams.
