Job Descriptions

1. Junior Wing Coordinator

Plan and supervise academic operations.
Monitor curriculum implementation and teaching quality.
Support teachers through mentoring and training.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments.

2. Senior Wing Coordinator

Lead and manage senior wing academic activities.
Observe classroom teaching and provide constructive feedback.
Coordinate examinations, lesson planning, and student development initiatives.

3. Primary Wing Coordinator

Oversee teaching-learning processes for primary classes.
Guide teachers in activity-based and child-centric learning.
Ensure effective classroom management and parent coordination.

4. Science Teacher

Plan and deliver engaging science lessons for primary classes.

Encourage curiosity, observation, and hands-on learning through experiments and activities.

Develop students scientific thinking and environmental awareness.

Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

5. Mother Teacher

Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students progress and well-being.

Foster foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, and social behaviour.

Handle multiple subjects and support the holistic development of children.

Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment for young learners.
