Job Summary

The Primary Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and fostering the academic, social, emotional, and personal development of students in Classes I V. The teacher will create an engaging and inclusive learning environment aligned with CBSE curriculum standards and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. As a Homeroom Teacher, the incumbent will also serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents, ensuring the overall well-being and progress of each child.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and school academic framework.
• Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS), Social Science, and General Knowledge, as assigned.
• Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Promote discipline and responsible behavior through positive classroom management practices.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments as per CBSE guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Primary Teacher
• Must be currently residing in Bangalore
• Should be willing to travel/relocate to Sadahalli Gate, Devanahalli

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree/ Masters Degree
• Certification in any of the following:
  • B.Ed
  • D.Ed / D.El. Ed/ Bachelor in Elementary Education

Transportation

• Transportation facility is available within a 15 km radius from Sadahalli Gate, Devanahalli
