Pricing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations for import and export shipments.
• Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters, co-loaders, and overseas agents.
• Negotiate rates with vendors to achieve the best commercial terms.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Overseas teams to ensure timely quotation submission.
• Maintain and update rate sheets, tariffs, and vendor contracts.
• Follow up with vendors for rate validity, space availability, and service schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and transport vendors.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations.
• Understanding of Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping documentation, and trade practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and freight forwarding software/ERP systems.
