Position: Preschool Teacher

Address : H.No 398, 5th Main, AMS Layout, Near Nativity Church, Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore , Bengaluru Karnataka - 560097

Working Time:

Half Day Shift: 9:00AM to 2:30 PM (Mon to Fri)

Full Day Shift: 9:00AM to 6:30 PM (Mon to Fri)

Saturday: 10AM to 4PM (Alternate Sat)

Job Responsibilities

Curriculum and Teaching

• Plan and teach lessons that help young children learn and prepare for school.
• Create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom environment.
• Use play-based and hands-on activities to support learning.

Classroom Management

• Set up daily routines and schedules for children.
• Encourage good behavior and handle conflicts in a positive way.
• Create a caring and inclusive classroom where every child feels welcome.

Assessment and Reporting

• Observe and track each child's learning and development.
• Keep records of children's progress, achievements, and behavior.
• Prepare progress reports and share feedback with parents.

Parent Communication

• Build positive relationships with parents and guardians.
• Meet with parents to discuss their child's development and progress.
• Keep parents updated about classroom activities and events.

Safety and Well-being

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
• Follow health, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Provide basic first aid when needed.

Professional Development

• Stay updated on new teaching methods and early childhood education practices.
• Attend training programs and professional development sessions.
• Work with colleagues to improve the learning program.

Skills and Specification

Any Graduate or (NTT /Any teacher training course/Diploma+ Experience in any preschool for atleast 3yr).

Age should be 20 or above.

English fluency

• Reading: She can read and understand Activities.
• Writing: Can write child observations.
• Speaking: Can talk to Parents and Children
