WHAT YOU WILL DO:

YOUR AREA OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

a) Commercials structuring and preparation for proposal

b) Coordination & Structuring the commercials for approval with a focus on the requirements/asks from customer.

c) Preparation of attractive, well-defined, effective and competitive commercial proposals in line with Customer defined template or in Intellect standard template. These are usually proposals of a high degree of complexity and require careful planning and tracking.

d) Submission of reviewed & approved commercial proposals to the sales on time.

e) Requests information and assistance from other company divisions to develop the information needed to submit quality proposals.

f) Coordination with the multiple teams like Sales/Product Presales/Delivery/technical teams to ensure that their understanding of the opportunity, experience and skills needed to win the opportunities are adequately reflected in the Proposal.

g) Single Point of Contact to manage commercials proposal development activity.

h) Facilitate deal closure activities such as preparation of MSA / SOWs / Agreements basis format(s) released by legal team, work with multiple teams like presales, delivery, legal, hardware and others for finalization of these documents and obtaining required approvals wherever required.

i) Manage MIS reporting of all activities done in these regards.

Pre-Requisites:

a) 8 to 15years of overall IT experience with 5 to 8 years of working in projects in a software company.

b) Banking projects preferred.

c) Preferably 5 to 8 years experience of preparing responses to RFI, RFP, Tenders etc and

d) coordinating Functional, Technical and presentation material, preferable in a software company for Banking domain.

e) Should have knowledge of Software development life cycle and project effort estimation.

f) Knowledge of commercial preparation shall be an added advantage, including the aspects of License, Implementation, Maintenance Services, and Post Go-live services.

g) Must have excellent command in English and should possess excellent Technical writing skills.

h) Excellent knowledge of MS-office applications. Should also be comfortable using Google suite of products such as Gsheets, Gslides, GDocs.

i) Role will require ability to perform multi-task assignments and meet strict deadlines.

j) Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and working on corresponding proposals will be preferred.
