Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Pre-Sales Manager - Cyber Security to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales team to design robust cybersecurity solutions, support customer engagements, prepare technical proposals, and drive successful business outcomes across Enterprise, Government, PSU, and BFSI sectors.

Key Responsibilities-

• Solution Architecture: Understand customer requirements and design comprehensive, end-to-end cybersecurity solutions.

• Technical Enablement: Conduct impactful technical presentations, workshops, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

• Proposal & Bid Management: Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs), Statements of Work (SOWs), solution architecture documents, and responses for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

• Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain strong strategic collaborations with OEMs and technology partners.

• Tender & Bid Support: Support end-to-end bid management, tender submissions, and high-level customer engagements.

• Project Handover: Assist with implementation planning and seamless project handovers to delivery teams.

• Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity technologies, threat landscapes, and industry trends.

Technical Expertise-

Experience required in one or more of the following domains:

• Network Security & Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW)

• SASE, ZTNA, SWG

• EDR / XDR Solutions

• SIEM & SOC Operations

• Identity & Access Management (IAM) & Privileged Access Management (PAM)

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) & Email Security

• Web Application Firewalls (WAF)

• Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)

• Network Access Control (NAC) & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• Backup & Disaster Recovery

Preferred OEM Experience-

Hands-on pre-sales or technical experience with platforms including:

• Firewalls & Network Security: Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Check Point, Sophos, F5, Imperva

• Endpoint & Cloud Security: CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Security, Forcepoint

• SASE & Zero Trust: Netskope, Zscaler

• SIEM & Analytics: Splunk, IBM QRadar, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7

• Identity & Access: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, ManageEngine

• Email & Data Protection: Proofpoint, Mimecast

Qualifications & Certifications-

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent field.

• Certifications: Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Cisco, Microsoft, CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are a strong advantage.

Required Skills-

• Strong technical solution design, scoping, and presentation skills.

• Proven experience managing Enterprise, Government, PSU, or BFSI sector clients.

• Expertise in technical proposal writing, BOM preparation, and commercial acumen.

• Excellent written, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
