Pre Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, messages, and digital channels with professionalism and confidence.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, preferences, and buying intent.
• Deliver a luxury customer experience by providing personalized interactions and timely follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and maintain high engagement throughout the sales journey.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and premium customer experience.
• Consistently achieve lead conversion, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in hospitality or related field (real estate,aviation, hospitality,luxury sales).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
• Strong convincing power to upsell/cross-sell services effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multitasking efficiently during peak periods.
