Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal due diligence and title verification of land documents.
- Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, deeds, and other property-related documents.
- Liaise with advocates, Sub-Registrar Offices, Revenue Departments, and statutory authorities.
- Coordinate project approvals, registrations, and APF documentation with banks.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, Registration Act, Stamp Act, and other applicable laws.
- Handle customer legal queries and maintain legal documentation.
- Support land acquisition, project, and sales teams on legal matters.
Preferred Profile:
- LL.B. with 4+ years of experience in real estate non-litigation.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, title scrutiny, legal drafting, registrations, and real estate compliance.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
