Power System Engineer

Job description

• Open Position    : Power system domain engineer for testing power monitoring/ energy management systems.
• Candidate with following experience are preferred :
• Qualification       : Masters/Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Must have           : Advanced power system knowhow with experience of 5 -8 years in Power domain with exposure to power system analysis, Harmonic Analysis, Power Quality Analysis.
• Must have           : Experience with power monitoring systems and energy management systems ; Experience with Siemens powermanager desirable.
• Must have           : Experience in low & medium voltage products (Energy meters / Electrical power Knowledge, Circuit breakers, Motor Starters, Drives, etc.). Knowledge on SIEMENS Low & medium-voltage and industrial control products-desirable
• Must have           : Experience with different protocols (MPI, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet TCP/IP, Modbus RTU/TCP, BACnet, IEC61850 , ION etc).
• Nice to Have       : Any certification Relevant to Power Quality System\Energy Management systems
• Nice to Have       : Datacenter power management experience
• Nice to Have       : Knowhow of simulation devices like OMICRON, MEGGER
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in the English language; must be fluent in English.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done with high quality and in a professional manner.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
