Power Platform Developer with UiPath

Location: Gurgoan/NCR

Experience: 5 - 12 Years

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate -Desktop & Cloud (PAD & PAC) to design, develop, and deploy enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business requirements into scalable applications and RPA workflows, leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
• Power Automate Desktop (mandatory) and Cloud flows
• Build end-to-end automation solutions combining:
• Power Apps (UI layer)
• Power Automate Desktop (process automation)
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Integrate applications and workflows with:
• Dataverse
• SharePoint, SQL, APIs, and external systems
• Develop, test, and deploy attended and unattended RPA bots
• Implement best practices:
• Error handling, logging, security, naming conventions
• Support UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

Must-Have Skills

Power Apps (Primary Focus)

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps development
• Power Fx formulas and UI/UX design
• Experience working with:
• Microsoft Dataverse (Mandatory)
• Forms, views, business rules, and data modeling

Power Automate Desktop (Core Requirement)

• Extensive experience in:
• Power Automate Desktop (PAD) development
• UI flows, selectors, and desktop automation techniques
• Experience in:
• Attended & unattended automation
• Error handling and exception management in PAD
• Building robust workflows integrating Desktop + Cloud flows

Power Automate (Cloud)

• Experience in designing:
• Multi-step workflows
• Approval flows and orchestrations
• Integration with:
• APIs, connectors, and third-party systems

Integration & APIs

• Experience with:
• REST APIs & authentication (OAuth, Basic, etc.)
• Custom connectors
• On-premises data gateway
• UiPath
• Hands-on experience using UiPath with ReFramework, studio and orchestrator.
• Prior experience in migration of bots from UiPath to Power Automate

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of:
• HTML, CSS selectors, XPath, XML
• SQL & SharePoint integration
• Scripting (any one):
• PowerShell / Python / VBScript

• Programming knowledge (C#, Java, Python)
