Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources including Excel, SQL, APIs, and ERP systems.
- Create data models, DAX calculations, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and monitor business KPIs.
- Automate reporting processes and optimize dashboard performance and data refresh schedules.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security while supporting ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests.
- Document data processes and dashboards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Power BI development.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of ETL concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Certification in Power BI is an added advantage.
- Experience working with business teams (Finance, Sales, HR).
