Role: Power BI Developer

Experience: 7-9 yrs

Location: Pune, Bangalore

Key role responsibilities and technical requirements:

Extract and transform data from our MS Project (Project Web Application) system.
Creation and maintenance of workflows in Alteryx
Analyse data with a focus on improving our processes
Gather transactional data and feeds into SQL servers for analytics
Report production using PowerBI.
Creating Data Visualizations and Dashboards.
Knowledge of SQL Database / Server.
Creation and maintenance of Power Automate workflows.
Knowledge of Python for gathering and manipulation of data (responsible for maintaining data handling scripts).

Essential skills and experience:

Proven experience using Power BI, (Tableau or other reporting suites beneficial but not essential).
Experience using Alteryx, creating and maintaining workflow
Experience using and maintaining Dataflows within Power BI
Ability to analyse, model and interpret data.
High level of mathematical ability and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders.
Strong planning and organisation skills, able to meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Data design experience
Knowledge and good adherence to best practices regarding analysis, manipulation and management of data.

Extra skills and experience (beneficial but not a requirement)

Knowledge of VBA and use in advanced settings (e.g., maintain SQL queries via VBA
Experience using Microsoft Fabric
Experience using Polarion (Creation and maintenance of requirements up to documents)
Experience using KNIME
Experience using PowerShell for small automation tasks ( e.g., automate the download of
