About The Job:
- Experience: 3-5 Years
- We are looking for a Knowledge Lead with 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development and related technology platforms.
- The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in data visualization, reporting, and coding, along with excellent documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create and manage data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
- Work with multiple data sources including SQL databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Develop reusable assets, technical documentation, and best practice guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business intelligence solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issues.
- Support automation and enhancement initiatives through coding and scripting.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to organizational learning.
Qualifications:
Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Power BI Development.
- Strong knowledge of:
- DAX
- Power Query
- Data Modeling
- SQL
- Coding experience in at least one of the following:
- Python
- C#
- JavaScript
- .NET
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
- Basic understanding of Azure or other cloud platforms is preferred.
Required Soft Skills
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and concise technical documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations, training materials, and executive summaries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for developing process documents, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge articles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge-sharing and mentoring mindset.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development, BI reporting, analytics, or related technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Exposure to data governance and reporting best practices.
- Experience in creating knowledge repositories, training content, and technical enablement materials.
