Power Bi Developer

Job Description (key expectations):

• Conduct a thorough analysis of business requirements to identify data needs that support decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into a technical design document covering data model, data sources, ETL processes, and visualization needs.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Power BI to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of DAX to create accurate measures and calculated columns.
• Apply knowledge of Tabular Editor or other performance tracking tools to monitor and optimize report performance.
• Perform detailed testing of Power BI reports by running database queries to validate data accuracy, visualization functionality, and performance.
• Possess expert knowledge of SQL to write efficient queries, work with DBMSs, and troubleshoot database issues.
