Power BI DAX SQL Business Requirements Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and deploy impactful data visualizations that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and SQL, along with the ability to translate business requirements into insightful dashboards and reports.

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
• Build and optimize data models, datasets, and visualizations to meet business requirements
• Develop complex calculations and measures using DAX
• Write efficient SQL queries and work with large datasets and stored procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
• Report performance
• Data accuracy and quality
• User access and permissions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver analytical solutions
• Ensure best practices in data visualization, performance optimization, and governance

• 2 4 years of experience in Power BI
• Strong proficiency in DAX for data modeling and calculations
• Solid experience with SQL, including complex queries and stored procedures
• Experience handling large datasets and optimizing performance
• Good understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design

• Experience with cloud-based Power BI deployments (e.g., Power BI Service)
• Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
