Role Overview

We are looking for a Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Architect with strong hands-on architecture and team leadership experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Power BI architecture, DAX, data modeling, RLS and performance optimization
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse and Data Lake architecture
• Experience with Apache Iceberg / Iceberg tables
• Strong Azure data and cloud architecture experience
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Platform integration
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry / Foundry Agents, AI/agentic and conversational BI solutions
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, governance and security
• Experience leading/mentoring Power BI and data engineering teams
• Strong stakeholder management and technical decision-making skills

Domain

• Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences experience is mandatory/preferred
• Exposure to Commercial, Sales, Medical, Clinical or other Pharma analytics is an advantage.

Preferred

Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Python, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and BI modernization/migration experience.

Key Focus: Power BI + Fabric + OneLake + Iceberg + Azure + Power Apps + AI Foundry + Enterprise BI Architecture + Technical Leadership.
