Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards , paginated reports , and data models to meet business reporting needs.
- Build automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) for business process automation across Microsoft 365 and external systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights through interactive, real-time reports .
- Design and implement ETL processes using Power Query, DAX, and dataflows in Power BI.
- Manage Power BI workspace , dataset refresh schedules, and user access permissions.
- Automate routine tasks and approvals via Power Automate integrated with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Dynamics 365.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and effective visualization best practices.
- Provide support for troubleshooting , performance tuning, and issue resolution across BI and automation tools.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI :
- Report development, DAX formulas, custom visuals, bookmarks
- Power BI Service: Workspace management, deployment pipelines

- Strong experience with Power Automate :
- Designing custom flows with connectors (eg, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL)
- Error handling and conditional logic in flows

- Good understanding of data modeling , Star/Snowflake schemas , and data visualization principles
- Proficiency with Excel , Power Query , and SQL Server (T-SQL)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)
