Power BI & Finance Automation Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and technology-driven professional with hands-on experience in Power BI, Amazon AWS, AWS QuickSight, and workflow automation to build business intelligence dashboards, automate reporting processes, and deliver meaningful financial insights for management. The role also requires exposure to handling international clients and supporting global reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI and AWS QuickSight dashboards.
• Prepare Finance MIS, KPI dashboards, FP&A reports, and Leadership/Management Reports.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows using platforms such as Make.com, Hevo, or similar automation tools.
• Integrate data from ERP systems, accounting software, Excel, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Work with Amazon AWS services for data storage, analytics, and reporting.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance reporting.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports for senior management and business stakeholders.
• Handle reporting, dashboard development, and analytics requirements for international clients while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Dashboard Development).
• Hands-on experience with Amazon AWS and AWS QuickSight.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Make.com, Hevo, Zapier, n8n, or similar workflow automation tools.
• Good knowledge of SQL, APIs, ETL processes, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in Finance MIS, Business Intelligence, FP&A, KPI Reporting, and Management Reporting.
• Ability to analyse large datasets and present actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in working with international clients and supporting global business reporting is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Computer Applications, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Power BI, AWS, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
