Power Apps Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and a passion for building scalable, user-friendly business solutions. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical development skills with business analysis capabilities to translate requirements into impactful solutions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Knowledge of Power Platform administration, Dataflows, and environment management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, Azure AD, and connectors for integration.
• Ability to analyze workflows and optimize business processes using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with security and compliance within Microsoft 365.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing custom connectors for Power Platform.
• Proficiency in JSON formatting for data manipulation and integration.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for web part development.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
• Knowledge of solution architecture and best practices for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform solutions.

• Microsoft PowerPlatform Certifications

  
  Minimum Required Education, Training, and Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience developing solutions on the Power Platform and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
