Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct processing mining and optimization to ensure seamless integration of automated processes.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes to ensure high-quality output.
- Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions, ensuring onboarding and sharing best practices.
- Manage small to mid-size projects, including planning, execution, and reporting within our governance framework.
- Support and coach colleagues developing small applications within our creator program.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting.
- Strong understanding of API integration and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with strong communication skills.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate & Apps, including desktop and cloud flows.
- Experience with LLMs is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and manage small to mid-size projects.
