Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Power Apps Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform technologies to develop, enhance, and support enterprise business applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations with Microsoft 365 services.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to automate workflows, improve business processes, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Support
Develop and maintain applications using:
o Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
o Power Automate workflows
Support enterprise applications and business process solutions.
Troubleshoot application issues and implement fixes and enhancements.
Participate in performance optimization and application maintenance activities.

Platform Administration
Manage Power Platform environments across Development, Testing, and Production.
Create and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules.
Configure user roles, permissions, and environment-level security.
Ensure adherence to governance and development standards.

Workflow Automation & Integration
Design and implement workflows using Power Automate.
Integrate applications with:
o SharePoint Online
o SQL Server
o REST APIs
o Microsoft 365 services
Support automation of business processes across applications.

Data Management & Reporting
Maintain data consistency and validation within applications.
Support reporting requirements using Power BI or other reporting tools.
Assist business users with data analysis and reporting needs.

Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Support deployment activities using solutions and pipelines.
Participate in version control and release management processes.
Perform impact analysis for system updates and enhancements.

Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with business users, functional teams, and IT stakeholders to understand requirements.
Translate business needs into technical solutions.
Provide technical documentation and end-user support.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience in:
o Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
o Power Automate
o Dataverse
Strong knowledge of:
o JavaScript, HTML, CSS
o SharePoint Online
o REST APIs and connectors
o SQL Server or other relational databases
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as:
o PL-100
o PL-200
o PL-400
Exposure to Azure services or Logic Apps
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with Power BI is an added advantage
