Role & responsibilities :
We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive enterprise-wide analytics initiatives, lead a team of analysts, and deliver scalable BI solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS, along with experience managing analytics projects and collaborating with business stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Lead a team of Data Analysts, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance support.
- Manage end-to-end analytics projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Design and develop enterprise dashboards and MIS using Tableau.
- Build scalable data pipelines and automate reporting using Python and SQL.
- Work with AWS services including Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena, and Lambda.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Review dashboards, SQL code, and Python scripts to ensure quality and best practices.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
- Define and implement reporting standards, documentation, and data governance practices.
- Collaborate with Business, Risk, Credit, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and skill development of team members.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
