Role & responsibilities
Oversee trades and trade processing
- Coordinate daily operational activities with Kotak Mahindra (Fund Accounting & Custodian).
- Review portfolio valuation reports, cash reports, and reconciliation statements received from Kotak.
- Monitor trade settlements and corporate action processing.
- Coordinate client onboarding and account opening with intermediaries.
- Maintain client master records and documentation.
- Track pending operational activities and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate fund transfers, payouts, receipts, and banking operations.
- Review reports shared by outsourced service providers for accuracy and completeness.
- Support investor servicing and operational queries.
- Maintain MIS reports and operational dashboards.
