Job Description
PMO - Projects Consultant
Location: Pune, GO-Pune, GO-Pune, GO-Pune
Key Responsibilities - Lead creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across projects
- Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly MIS, dashboards, and status reports
- Coordinate governance reviews, project meetings, and steering committee forums
- Ensure adherence to defined PMO processes, standards, and templates
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and repositories
- Follow up with internal teams, Business units and vendors for timely completion of deliverables
- Lead budget, resources, and milestone tracking
- Drive Agile / SCRUM execution, managing multiple workstreams and enabling cross-functional collaboration
- Lead department strategic events planning and execution
- Budget planning and budget tracking activities
- Plan, track, and coordinate webinars and workforce awareness programs like weekly Digital Digests and training programs.
- Lead continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting mechanisms
BE / BTech in Electronics Communication, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering
Project Management or Agile certification required.
Experience 2 5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project support roles
Understanding of digital technologies such as MES, EMS, Digital Inspection, and Data AI
Experience in Manufacturing domain is mandatory
Proficient in project management lifecycle and delivery models
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure or similar
Additional Requirement Female candidate is preferred.
