Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven ProjectManagement Executive to join our dynamic team. As aPMO Executive, you will begiven hands-on exposure to end-to-end project planning, execution, andstakeholder coordination, playing a vital role in ensuring timely delivery ofcritical development milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of product development projects, ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic objectives.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal (Managers, Engineers, Technicians) as well as external stakeholders (Vendors, Suppliers, Compliance Bodies).
Participate actively in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocation for the various ongoing projects.
Manage and mitigate any risks and/ or roadblocks during the course of project life cycle.
Participate actively in project status meetings and facilitate information exchange between management and various cross-functional teams and track project progress.
Participate actively in improving the system processes pertaining to project management (PMO).
Participate actively in vendor development andmanagement, project related documentation, procurement and customer/ investorfacing activities.

Requirements

1-2 years of work experience in an Engineering or Project Management is preferable.
BachelorDegree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
MBA / PGDM in Operations / Technology / Project Management / Engineering Management (preferred).
Strong communication skills both verbal and written (Advanced level English proficiency required).
Eagerness to learn and grow in a high-paced, tech-driven startup environment.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
