PL/SQL Python Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python Backend developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, Oracle PL/SQL API development, and related databases. The candidate should be passionate about writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python.
• Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs.
• Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Act as a Team Player and closely work with Internal / External Teams for smooth project delivery and BAU Support.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle-PL/SQL.
• Strong experience in Python.
• Experience in REST API development.
• Experience with GIT, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize database performance.
• Intermediate Banking Domain Experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile Methodology.
• Preferred to have Citi Process Knowledge.
• Good Communication Skills.
