Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer Playwright

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have 9-12 years of experience in test automation, framework development, API testing, and CI/CD integration. This role requires an individual who can independently drive automation initiatives and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to automation best practices.
• Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Web UI Automation Testing.
• Experience with API Testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Strong SQL and database validation skills.
