Tech Lead AI & Platform Engineering

Role Overview:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of AI-first platforms and agentic systems.
• Build scalable backend systems, AI pipelines, and GenAI-powered applications.
• Own end-to-end delivery from design, development, deployment, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable microservices architectures, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Develop LLM-powered services, AI agents, and orchestration workflows.
• Build document processing solutions using OCR, extraction, and AI models.
• Lead and mentor backend/full-stack engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product, ML, and Business teams for scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in Backend / Full Stack / AI Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with GenAI, LLM applications, AI Agents, LangChain, and RAG systems.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, and Retrieval Systems.
• Experience with API design, Microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong database knowledge in PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have:

• Experience in BFSI / FinTech / Lending domain.
• Exposure to Fraud Detection, Underwriting, and workflow automation.
• Experience building high-scale SaaS platforms.
• Prior experience with Agentic AI systems.
