Platform Engineer - AWS, CI/Cd, Jenkins Chennai Location)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled CI/CD & Platform Engineer with strong experience in building scalable pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and troubleshooting complex deployment issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Terraform, AWS (including EKS and ECS), and automation scripting. Experience with Blue-Green Deployment using Jenkins is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bitbucket.
• Implement and manage Blue-Green Deployment strategies using Jenkins, ensuring zero-downtime releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build failures, deployment issues, and pipeline bottlenecks across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
• Integrate static code analysis, security scanning, and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with developers to optimize code integration and deployment strategies.
• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and AWS, including EKS and ECS.
• Implement best practices for version control, branching strategies, and release management.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in the CI/CD process.
• Provide documentation and training to development teams on CI/CD tools and workflows.
• Monitor infrastructure and pipeline health using Kibana and CloudWatch.
• Write and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS services, especially EKS and ECS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Python.
• Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Git-based workflows.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Kibana and CloudWatch.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices, security, and compliance.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
