• Lead CMDB architectural design for scalability, accuracy, and long-term sustainability.
• Support CMDB governance, data quality, compliance, and consistency initiatives.
• Design and optimize configuration management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Drive CMDB maturity towards CSDM alignment.
• Contribute to overall ServiceNow platform architecture strategy and governance.
