Job Description Plant Medical Officer

Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra
Working Days: MondaySaturday | Alternate Saturday Off
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Occupational Health Centre (OHC) operations and statutory compliance.
- Handle occupational injuries, illnesses, first aid and medical emergencies.
- Implement health surveillance, screening and industrial health programs.
- Maintain medical records, statutory registers and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with EHS/Safety teams on health-risk assessments and preventive actions.
- Conduct employee wellness, health awareness and preventive-care programs.
Eligibility
- MBBS completed from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration as applicable.
- Experience in plant/OHC/occupational health will be preferred.
- Knowledge of the Factories Act and occupational health compliance is an advantage.
