1.Job Objective :-
This position is responsible for Managing HR Operations for Unit A5-E
2.Key Role & Responsibilities :-
Employee engagement initiatives implementation
Entire Employee Life Cycle of Line Engineers, DETs
Various HR Projects
Liaison with shop floor employees & line managers
Recruitment of DETs & apprentices.
Contract management.
Estate management (Security, Housekeeping, Gardening, etc.)
Grievance redressal / Query resolution
OHSAS & ISO compliance
Counselling for late coming / absenteeism cases
Verification of contractual manpower.
Canteen management,
Joining, On-boarding & Induction Till L3 grade
Probation / Confirmation of Staff
Execution of Goal Setting & Annual Reviews
Execution of Engagement Initiatives HR reach out & Skip Level Initiates
DET Campus Hiring One State will be assigned to each Unit HR Manager
3.Qualification & Experience Required :-
MBA HR with 8 to 10 years of experience from Manufacturing Industries.
4.Personal Characteristic :-
Go getter & Result Orientation
Location:
At Manufacturing plants and Office Facilities situated in Chakan, Pune.
