- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.
- Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
- Manage labour union relationships
- Drive employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion efforts.
- Design and manage compensation and benefits structures.
