Plant Finance Controller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the financial performance of the plant by preparing and controlling budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates.
• Oversee cost management processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that drive efficiency gains.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in plant accounting or a related field.
• Strong background in budgeting, cost control, costing, SAP implementation, and forecasting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
