Plant Finance Controller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for effective plant operations.
• Conduct cost analysis and variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory valuation and stock valuation processes accurately.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize plant performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
• Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive results-oriented solutions.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in plant controlling, financial planning, and analysis is preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and variance analysis is desirable.
• Familiarity with inventory valuation and stock valuation principles is an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is preferred, with a maximum of 9 years.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
