Job Description
- Shall be responsible for evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.
- Shall be responsible for promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
- Shall be responsible for recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.
- Shall be responsible for effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
- Shall be responsible for compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
- Shall be responsible for assisting all new project/product development and improvement in all existing products and ensuring optimal inventory levels at all times in company vendor floor.
- Shall be responsible for facilitating and providing data to prepare all sales forecasts and implement all new products and processes for all manufacturing plants.
- Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
- Excellent communication abilities
- Good understanding of the industry market trends and conditions
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong regard for product quality and safety standards
- Proven experience as a production planner
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
