Placement Manager

The Placement Manager will oversee all campus placement activities and support students in achieving successful career outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with academic departments, industry partners, recruiters, and students to maximize placement opportunities.

Experience: 8-12 years (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with companies for campus hiring.
• Coordinate recruitment events, interviews, and career fairs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
• Invite organizations to conduct campus placement drives.
• Guide students in resume writing, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.
• Track student placement data and maintain placement records.
• Collaborate with faculty to align students' skills with industry requirements.
• Organize workshops, mock interviews, aptitude training, and soft skills sessions.
• Ensure that students meet the eligibility criteria for placement opportunities.
• Prepare placement reports and analyze recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications
