Key Responsibilities

Maintain a detailed database of student profiles and placement status.

Requirements

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR (preferably in the education or training sector).
Strong corporate network, especially in creative, IT, and media industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of creative and digital roles like Designer, Developer, Animator, and Editor.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
