Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance corporate relations and secure placement opportunities for students.Identify potential employers and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.Organise and conduct corporate outreach activities, including campus recruitment drives, job fairs, industry meetups, and networking events.Collaborate with academic departments to understand students skills, interests, and career aspirations to align placement opportunities accordingly.Guide students through the placement process, including resume preparation, interview techniques, and career advice.Track and analyse placement data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, employer needs, and job market dynamics to provide relevant insights and opportunities.Prepare and deliver regular reports on placement activities, outcomes, and industry engagement to senior management.Represent the institution at corporate meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to promote our students and programmes.
