Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Placement
- Coordinate and facilitate the placement of students or candidates in suitable job roles based on their skills, qualifications, and career goals
- Understand current job market trends to guide candidates toward relevant opportunities.
- Prepare candidates for interviews through resume building, mock interviews, and career counseling.
- Connect with HR professionals to identify and fulfill job requirements.
2. Employer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and industry partners.
- Act as a liaison between employers and candidates to ensure clear communication and a positive placement experience.
- Regularly meet with employers to understand job openings, hiring needs, and recruitment timelines.
3. Job Matching & Coordination
- Match candidates with appropriate job openings based on qualifications and career aspirations.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with both candidates and employers.
- Maintain and update the database of job vacancies, candidates, and placements.
4. Career Counseling & Guidance
- Provide job search strategies, interview preparation, and career guidance to candidates.
- Help candidates enhance their employability by developing key soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management.
5. Placement Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of placements, including candidate details, job roles, and employer feedback.
- Generate periodic reports on placement outcomes, challenges, and overall effectiveness of placement activities.
6. Networking & Outreach
- Participate in job fairs, career expos, and employer networking events to expand placement opportunities.
- Promote placement services to both candidates and potential employers.
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure completion of all necessary documentation related to placements (contracts, agreements, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols for all candidate and employer information.
