Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Physics Teacher for Grades 11 and 12 with strong expertise in CBSE curriculum and IIT-JEE (Advanced) level preparation/NEET. The candidate should be capable of building strong conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and exam-oriented strategies among students.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach physics into assigned grade levels in alignment with CBSE guidelines.
- Lesson Planning: Prepare detailed lesson plans with engaging activities and assessments.
- Student Assessment: Conduct periodic tests and maintain academic records.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and interactive learning space.
- Parent Communication: Share academic progress and collaborate with parents.
- Professional Development: Participate in regular training, workshops, and peer review sessions.
Qualification Requirements
- Must have good command of spoken and written in English and MS Office tools
- Postgraduate degree in relevant subject (physics)
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 25 years of teaching experience as a physics teacher
- Experience in CBSE/ISC board schools is an added advantage.
- Strong subject knowledge and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Student-centric and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams
- Physics teaching: 3 years (Required)
- Teaching 11-12 Grades: 3 years (Required)
- Proven experience in IIT-JEE (Advanced)/NEET coaching preferred.
