Physical Training Instructor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain the playground and indoor sports facilities.


• Ensure proper maintenance of gym equipment and sports gear.


• Supervise cleaning, repairs, and damages of sports equipment and facilities.


• Regularly inspect hostel gym equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.


• Daily inspection and care of the National flag.


• Maintain discipline among students during sports activities.


• Organize morning jogging sessions for players.


• Encourage students to wear appropriate sports attire.


• Implement measures to prevent injuries during sports activities.


• Educate students on proper handling of sports materials.


• Organize and conduct skill-building sessions and games for various sports (Football, Kabaddi, Boxing, Weightlifting, etc. ).


• Adapt to other sports as necessary based on circumstances.


• Provide daily reports to the Head of Department.


• Maintain up-to-date stock registers for sports materials.


• Ensure student discipline and timely communication with students and superiors.


• Motivate students to actively participate in sports activities.


• Willingly undertake additional department-related tasks assigned by superiors.



• Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle students and supervise a team.


• Experience in sports supervision or related fields preferred.


• Commitment to resident staff responsibilities.


• Ability to motivate and manage student participation in sports.


• Effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications Candidates from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states are preferred Desired Skills

• Leadership and team management abilities.


• Knowledge of sports equipment maintenance and safety protocols.


• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
