PHP and Laravel Developer - WFO (Ahmedabad Location)

You will be the technical engine behind our marketing efforts, responsible for building

high-conversion lead generation ecosystems. The ideal candidate is an expert in

Laravel who has evolved their workflow to embrace AI-driven engineering, allowing

them to move from prototype to production with unprecedented speed.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Accelerated Development: Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude

Code, etc) to architect, write, and refactor code rapidly without sacrificing

quality or security.

• Develop & Scale: Design and implement robust, scalable web applications

using Laravel to drive lead generation and user acquisition.

• Growth Engineering: Work closely with the marketing team to rapidly deploy

A/B tests, landing page optimizations, and conversion funnels.

• Rapid Prototyping: Use AI-augmented workflows to quickly build "MVP" lead

capture tools, test them in the market, and scale the winners.

• API Architecture: Build and maintain secure, high-performance APIs to connect

lead gen apps with CRMs, email marketing tools, and internal analytics.

• Performance Optimization: Ensure a seamless, low-latency experience for

prospective leads through efficient database design and caching.

Required Qualifications

• Laravel Mastery: Deep professional experience with PHP 8+ and the Laravel

framework (including Eloquent, Queues, and Service Container).

• AI-Driven Workflow: Proven experience using AI coding tools to increase

velocity. You should be able to demonstrate how you use AI to solve complex

problems, generate boilerplate, and accelerate debugging.

• Frontend Proficiency: Strong experience with modern frontend tooling (Vue.js,

React, or Livewire/Alpine.js) to build interactive lead capture forms.

• Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, including

schema design and query optimization.

• Git Workflow: Expert proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus" List)

• Python Proficiency: Experience with Python is a significant advantage,

particularly for data manipulation, automation scripting, or bridging AI services.

• Marketing Tech Stack: Familiarity with tools like Data Cloud, HubSpot, Google

Tag Manager, Meta / TikTok conversion APIs.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with AWS (Lambda, RDS, EC2)

• Growth Mindset: A passion for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and a data-

driven approach to engineering.
