Job Title: Photographer & Video Editor
Location: Lonavala, Maharashtra (Full-Time, On-Site)
Job Summary
The Photographer & Video Editor will be responsible for creating high-quality photo and video content across all Dellas brands and business verticals. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and editing, with the ability to produce engaging content for digital marketing, social media, events, hospitality promotions, and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Photography
- Capture high-quality photographs of rooms, restaurants, events, weddings, adventure activities, food & beverages, and lifestyle experiences.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor shoots, ensuring creative composition and lighting.
- Photograph corporate events, celebrity visits, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistency with Dellas luxury brand standards.
- Videography
- Plan, shoot, and produce promotional videos, reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage.
- Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones (licensed), and professional lighting equipment.
Job Expectations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video campaigns.
Video Editing
- Edit videos for social media, website, digital advertising, YouTube, and internal communications.
- Create engaging short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, music, and motion elements where required.
- Perform colour correction, sound balancing, and final rendering.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing, Branding, Design, and Social Media teams.
- Develop creative concepts and visual content calendars.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library of photos and videos.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Photography, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of professional photography and video editing experience (hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or events preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography and video editing work.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
- Experience operating professional cameras (Sony, Canon, Nikon or equivalent).
- Knowledge of lighting techniques and audio recording.
- Experience with drone photography/videography is an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
