Job Description
Voice process, banking experience
1) Inbound Voice Process:
- Handle incoming customer calls
- Respond to queries and resolve issues
- Provide excellent customer service
2) Outbound Voice Process:
- Make outbound calls for sales, follow-ups, and surveys
- Promote products/services and meet sales targets
- Engage with customers and build relationships
Eligibility Criteria
* Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (any stream)
* Experience: 0-6 years (Freshers welcome; 2021-2025 pass-outs can apply)
* Age Limit: Up to 33 years
* Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
