We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Pharmacovigilance Case Processor in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacovigilance and case processing, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Process and manage pharmacovigilance cases from intake to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Conduct thorough reviews of medical records and other relevant documents to identify potential safety concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals and technical staff, to resolve complex cases.
Develop and maintain expertise in pharmaceutical products, therapies, and regulatory requirements.
Identify trends and patterns in data that may indicate safety risks or adverse events.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as pharmacy, medicine, or life sciences.
Proven experience in pharmacovigilance case processing, preferably in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
